In light of recent major developments in the Juventus Football Club case, investors now have an additional opportunity to recover their losses.

The Juventus case follows the investigations and formal resolutions carried out by the Italian Financial Authority (the Consob, with resolutions No. 22482/2022 and No. 22858/2023) as well as the Rome Public Prosecutors’ request – dated June 17th, 2024 – of indictment of several Juventus’ former manager, and the Juventus itself. The allegations relate to false corporate communications, market manipulation, fraudulent declaration by use of invoices, and obstruction of the exercise of the functions of public supervisory authorities.

The most recent significant update on this case is dated September 22nd, 2025, when the Penal Court of Rome accepted the plea bargain proposed by several former managers and Juventus Football Club S.p.A. itself, sentencing the defendants to pay both legal costs and a pecuniary sanction. Furthermore, Juventus and its former managers have entered into settlement agreements to reimburse part of the damages claimed by investors.

We are pleased to announce an additional opportunity for investors to join our group action against Juventus Football Club S.p.A.
